SummaryAs a Residence Manager at Bottega Veneta, you will lead the Client Relations efforts for our Madison Avenue Flagship. Your strategic focus will be on recruiting new top-tier clients, deepening the loyalty of the existing client base, and building partnerships through networking in the adjacent luxury industries and with our client base at Madison Ave and across the AMERS region.
Responsibilities- Oversee and manage the daily business and operations activities of the NY Residence, including sales planning, inventory management, special orders, and Made to Order oversight.
- Design and execute a top client growth strategy at the store level in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create and activate locally relevant brand partnerships.
- Establish and cultivate strategic relationships with top stylists and celebrities.
- Spearhead in-store animation and retail programming plans for the Madison Avenue Flagship.
- Develop seasonal programming that drives sales of exclusive and high-end product offerings.
- Develop personalized client plans for Top VICs and high-potential individuals.
- Drive performance of key client development KPIs by supporting stores with reporting and action plan development.
- Implement client retention and acquisition strategies to strengthen loyalty and broaden the client network.
- Meet and exceed assigned monthly and annual sales targets for the New York Residence.
Requirements- 8-10 years of professional experience in VIC Relations, Marketing, and/or Retail.
- Strong understanding of the competitive landscape, market trends, and global activations.
- Prior retail experience in a client relations role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Marketing and Events experience.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's degree.
