Residential Trade Leader

Summary

The Residential Trade Leader will grow and lead the interior design trade business within the Gallery, delivering a luxury client experience and overseeing multiple trade projects. This role builds, educates, and inspires a team focused on servicing the interior design trade while partnering with gallery leadership to develop strategy and best practices. The leader will represent the Gallery in the design community and ensure alignment with the brand design point of view.

Responsibilities

• Grow and lead the interior design trade business within the Gallery
• Build, lead, educate and inspire a team dedicated to servicing the interior design trade
• Partner with the Gallery Leader to develop strategies for the trade business
• Lead and oversee multiple trade projects of varying size and scope
• Represent the Gallery at design community events and through networking
• Share learnings and best practices to support trade growth in other Galleries

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in a high-end interior design showroom or similar luxury setting
• Proven ability to motivate, influence and inspire a team with results-driven focus
• Superior organization, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Ability to read and understand floor plans
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license; ability to travel locally and out of state
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and perform prolonged standing and other physical tasks
