Summary
Responsible for growing and leading the interior design trade business within the Gallery while delivering a luxury client experience. The role manages and develops a team dedicated to servicing the design trade, partners with the Gallery Leader on strategy, and oversees multiple trade projects from concept through completion.
Responsibilities
- Grow and lead the interior design trade business within the Gallery
- Build, lead, educate and inspire a team focused on servicing the interior design trade
- Partner with the Gallery Leader to develop strategies for the trade business
- Lead and oversee multiple trade projects of varying size and scope
- Learn and communicate the RH design point of view and product assortment
- Represent RH at design community events and maintain consistent networking
- Remain current on local and global design publications and industry trends
- Share learnings and best practices to support trade business growth in other Galleries
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in a high-end interior design showroom or similar luxury setting
- Proven ability to motivate, influence and inspire a team with superior organization and leadership skills
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills and strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office and Google applications
- Able to read and understand floor plans
- Clean driving record, current driver's license, and ability to travel locally and out of state
- Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver around gallery floor, stock room and office
