Retail Associate - Beverly Hills

As a Seasonal Retail Associate at Neiman Marcus in Beverly Hills, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the client experience during the holiday season. Reporting to a Senior Manager, you will ensure exceptional customer service and support the selling team in various store functions.

• Welcome clients warmly at store entrances and within departments, directing them to the appropriate associate.
• Serve in different areas of the store based on business needs.
• Process Point of Sale transactions efficiently as needed.
• Handle escalated issues by connecting customers with management.
• Follow up on customer requests, questions, and needs.
• Support BOPIS, Curbside pickup, and Alterations in partnership with Operations team and Managers.
• Assist with Fitting Room Experiences when needed.
• Enhance client experience by introducing services like Alterations, Personalization, and package delivery.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-centric role with proven ability to sell products and services.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
