Retail Associate - King of Prussia

As a Retail Associate at King of Prussia, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the client experience during our busiest season. Reporting to a Senior Manager, you will ensure exceptional customer service and support the selling team in various store functions.

• Warmly welcome clients at store entrances and within departments, directing them to the appropriate associate based on service needs.
• Serve in different areas of the store as needed to meet business demands.
• Process Point of Sale transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Handle escalated issues by connecting customers with management.
• Follow up on customer requests, questions, and needs.
• Support BOPIS, Curbside pickup, and Alterations in collaboration with the Operations team and Managers on duty.
• Assist with Fitting Room Experiences when required.
• Enhance the client experience by introducing services such as Alterations, Personalization, and package carry-out or delivery.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-centric role with proven ability to sell products and services.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
