Summary

Provide excellent customer service at the point of sale and support the sales floor by assisting customers with purchases, returns and other transactions. Maintain an organized, runway ready department by restocking, straightening and performing light cleaning while supporting order fulfillment and pickup as needed. Communicate product knowledge and promotions to build customer relationships and support store sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and by phone with sales, returns and transactions at checkout
• Operate point of sale systems and process payments accurately
• Maintain the cash wrap area and sales floor by restocking and light cleaning
• Support order fulfillment and customer order pick up
• Share product knowledge and inform customers about events and rewards programs
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced retail environment
• Lift and handle merchandise including items up to 25 pounds as needed
