Responsibilities

• Assist customers at checkout and over the phone with sales, returns and other transactions
• Deliver friendly, efficient customer service and listen to customer needs
• Straighten, lightly clean and restock the cash wrap area and sales floor
• Support order fulfillment and order pick-up when needed
• Share information about upcoming events, gift cards and rewards programs
• Stay informed on key fashion trends and product knowledge to assist customers
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced retail environment
