The Retail Sales associate is passionate about fashion and styling, cultivates and grows a customer following both digitally and in store, and meets sales goals through effective use of selling tools including text and social media. The role supports department readiness through order fulfillment, stocking, remerchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning while providing excellent customer service and product guidance.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in store and digital selling
• Use text and social media to engage customers and drive sales
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Provide styling advice and product fit guidance
• Fill orders and assist with merchandise stocking
• Re merchanise displays and execute price markdowns
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow relationships
• Work flexible schedules and occasionally support other departments
• Maintain organization and follow through on tasks
