Responsibilities
- Conduct bra fittings by measuring for size and providing fit and style guidance
- Build and maintain customer relationships through personalized service and honest feedback
- Achieve sales goals in-store and through digital tools such as text and social media
- Participate in continuous learning and stay current on fashion and product knowledge
- Collaborate with team to fill orders, stock merchandise, and re-merchandise
- Assist with price markdowns and light cleaning to maintain department appearance
- Use networking and technology to drive sales and follow up with customers
