Retail Excellence Trainee Program - Beijing

Summary

24-month trainee program aimed at developing future retail leaders within luxury fashion. Participants begin as part-time retail explorers in stores, gaining hands-on experience across operations, visual merchandising, and client experience, with the possibility to advance to the Retail Excellence Trainee cohort after a Challenge Day.

Responsibilities

• Work part-time in retail stores supporting daily operations
• Assist with product presentation and client interactions
• Participate in training on retail operations and visual merchandising
• Support customer experience initiatives and service delivery
• Rotate across two brands to gain broader perspective
• Prepare for and participate in the RET Challenge Day
• Collaborate with retail management team and peers

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above
• Available to work at least 24 hours per week and able to start full-time by June 2026
• Good spoken and written English for daily work
• Strong interest in fashion and luxury retail
• Curious, driven, and adaptable to change and challenges
