Retail Excellence Trainee Program - Chengdu

Summary

24-month trainee program to develop future retail leaders through in-store part-time experience as a Rexplorer retail explorer leading to invitation to a Challenge Day and potential entry into the Retail Excellence Trainee rotational program. The role involves hands-on store operations, product presentation and receiving training from retail management across retail operations, visual merchandising and customer experience. Candidates should be available to commit at least 24 hours per week and able to start full time by June 2026.

Responsibilities

• Work in retail stores as a Rexplorer retail explorer on a part-time basis
• Participate in day-to-day store operations and assist sales activities
• Provide product explanation and support customer interactions
• Contribute to visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation
• Engage with retail management training sessions on core retail modules
• Rotate across two brands within the fashion division when applicable
• Prepare for and participate in the RET Challenge Day

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above
• Available to commit at least 24 hours per week and able to start full time by June 2026
• Good spoken and listening English skills for daily communication
• Passion for fashion and luxury retail industry
• Curiosity, pursuit of excellence and adaptability to change and challenge
