Retail Learning Manager - Rodeo

As a Retail Learning Manager at Louis Vuitton, you will design, implement, and lead a comprehensive learning and development program for our stores. Reporting to the Senior Retail Learning Manager of the West Region, you will align with business objectives while addressing the evolving learning and development needs of our retail teams.

• Prepare and facilitate the Louis Vuitton Retail Training and Client Development Strategies, including in-store and regional inductions, training modules, and individual training plans based on stores/region's specific needs.
• Support the region in driving customer delight through ensuring applied learning of selling skills, by way of observation and coaching.
• Provide ongoing mentorship to the store teams crafted to support the improvement of proficiencies, attitudes, and behaviors of all team members.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a fast-paced, client-centric, luxury business.
• Exceptional experience influencing and training team members.
• Highly developed coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback.
