Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools including text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow Nordstrom Rewards accounts
• Provide styling and fit guidance and honest product feedback to customers
• Support department readiness by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, performing price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Work a flexible schedule and occasionally assist in other departments as needed

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented approach and comfort using networking and technology to drive sales
• Ability to work effectively in a team and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
