Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling using selling tools, text, and social media
• Build and maintain customer relationships and open new rewards program accounts
• Provide styling advice, honest product feedback, and personalized service
• Perform merchandising tasks including filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Work a flexible schedule and assist in other departments when needed
