Summary

Provide personalized fashion and styling assistance while building lasting customer relationships in-store and online. Work toward sales goals and help maintain a customer-ready department.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, including use of text and social media tools.
• Build customer relationships, provide style and fit feedback, and share product knowledge.
• Open Nordstrom Rewards accounts and help keep the department customer ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, processing markdowns, and cleaning.
• Work a flexible schedule and, when needed, assist in other departments.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and people skills, with a self-motivated, goal-oriented approach.
• Interest in using networking and technology to achieve sales goals, and ability to work well on a team.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Ability to move continuously during shifts, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
