Summary

The Retail Sales - Accessories role focuses on styling and building customer relationships both in-store and digitally. The salesperson sets and achieves sales goals using selling tools including text and social media, provides styling and fit advice, and supports department operations. The position requires flexibility to work variable schedules and occasionally assist in other departments.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow customer following
• Provide honest and confident feedback on style and fit
• Keep the department customer ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Grow relationships by opening Nordstrom Rewards accounts and support team needs across departments as required

• Interest and ability to use networking and technology to achieve sales goals
• Ability to excel in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Physical ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
