Summary

Salesperson responsible for achieving sales goals through in-store and digital selling, building customer relationships, providing styling advice, and supporting department readiness through merchandising and order fulfillment. Role requires flexibility to work varying schedules and occasional duties in other departments.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Use text and social media to engage customers and grow a following
• Build lasting relationships and provide excellent customer service
• Provide honest style and fit recommendations
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and perform re-merchandising and price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and maintain a customer ready department
• Open new customer rewards program accounts to grow relationships
• Be flexible to work varying hours and occasionally support other departments
