Summary

Salesperson responsible for achieving sales goals through in-store and digital selling, building lasting customer relationships, providing styling and fit guidance, and supporting department readiness through merchandising and order fulfillment. The role requires flexible scheduling and occasional work in other departments as business needs dictate. Performance may include incentives or bonuses and the use of digital tools and social media to grow a customer following.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product
• Use text and social media to engage and grow customer following
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and perform remerchandising and price markdowns
• Keep the department customer ready and perform light cleaning
• Open new rewards program accounts for customers
• Be flexible to work in other departments as needed
• Work varied schedules based on business needs
