Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide honest styling and fit advice to customers
• Use text and social media to cultivate and grow a customer following
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and remerchandise the department
• Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep the area customer ready
• Open new customer rewards program accounts to grow relationships
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to excel in a team environment and prioritize tasks
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending and reaching
