Responsibilities

• Set and achieve individual and team sales goals through in-store and digital channels
• Use text and social media tools to engage customers and grow a following
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product selection
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and open rewards accounts
• Stock merchandise, fill orders, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
• Keep the department customer ready through light cleaning and organization
• Work collaboratively with team members and support other departments as needed
• Work a flexible schedule based on business needs
