Summary

Customer-focused retail sales role in mens apparel responsible for achieving sales goals through in-store and digital selling, building lasting customer relationships, and maintaining merchandise presentation in the Perimeter Mall location. The position requires flexibility in schedule and occasional cross-department support.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide styling advice and confident feedback on fit
• Use texting and social media to grow customer following and sales
• Open new customer rewards accounts
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and re-merchandise displays
• Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep department customer ready
• Work collaboratively with team members and occasionally assist other departments
• Adapt to variable hours and schedules based on business needs
