Summary

Deliver personalized styling and sales service to build and grow customer relationships both in-store and digitally, using text and social media to meet sales goals. Maintain a customer-ready department by fulfilling orders, restocking, re-merchandising and handling price markdowns while working a flexible schedule based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling using selling tools, text, and social media
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and assist with opening rewards accounts
• Provide honest, confident style and fit guidance and product knowledge to customers
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require

• Excellent communication and people skills with a self-motivated, goal-oriented focus
• Interest and ability to use networking and technology to achieve sales goals
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Flexible availability to work varied schedules based on business needs
• Physical ability for continuous movement 6-8 hours per shift, frequent bending, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
