Summary

Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales both in-store and through digital channels by cultivating lasting customer relationships and styling expertise. Use selling tools including text and social media to meet sales goals while maintaining a well-merchandised, customer-ready department. Be flexible in schedule and duties and collaborate with team members to support department needs.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling, using available selling tools and social media.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers through styling advice and personalized service.
• Assist customers with fit and product recommendations and open new rewards program accounts.
• Support department operations including filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require.
