Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals through in-store and digital selling tools, including text and social media.
• Build customer relationships, provide excellent service, and offer confident feedback on style and fit.
• Develop fashion and product expertise and encourage enrollment in the Nordstrom Rewards program.
• Maintain a customer-ready department by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, processing markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Work flexibly across departments and schedules as business needs require.
