• Engage and create relationships with customers in a setting inspired by Hawaii’s vibrant fashion and unique culture.
• Achieve sales goals through styling and curating content on digital platforms, including text and social media.
• Work collaboratively with a supportive team to maintain a customer-ready department, including filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Grow relationships by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts.
• Occasionally perform duties in a department other than the one hired into.
