Summary
Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships while achieving sales targets for a luxury eyewear brand. Maintain in-depth product knowledge and deliver personalized recommendations, assist with minor adjustments and support omnichannel services to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
- Build and maintain client relationships including follow-up communication.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain product and warranty knowledge and stay current on trends.
- Assist with minor adjustments and repairs to eyewear.
- Support omnichannel customer service between online and in-store platforms.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Adhere to brand policies and procedures and perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in eyewear or luxury retail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong client relationship ability.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Experience operating a POS system and luxury sales experience preferred.
