Summary

The Retail Sales associate in Designer Handbags delivers personalized fashion and styling service to build and grow customer relationships both in-store and digitally. The role focuses on meeting sales goals through in-person and digital selling while maintaining product knowledge and department presentation. Associates also support department readiness through merchandising, inventory tasks, and occasional cross-department duties.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling using selling tools including text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and open new rewards program accounts
• Provide styling and fit guidance and deliver high-quality customer service
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, perform price markdowns, and perform light cleaning
• Collaborate with the team and occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require
• Continuously seek product and fashion knowledge to drive sales
