Summary

As a Retail Salesperson for Designer Women's Apparel you will be passionate about fashion and styling, cultivating and growing a customer following both digitally and in-store. You will set and achieve sales goals using digital tools and social outreach while providing knowledgeable, confident style and fit guidance. The role requires teamwork to keep the department customer-ready and flexibility to work varied schedules and occasional duties in other departments.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools including text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow a personal customer following
• Provide honest, confident styling and fit recommendations to customers
• Perform department tasks such as filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Open new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts to grow relationships
• Work a flexible schedule and occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed

Requirements

• Strong interest in using networking and technology to achieve sales goals
• Ability to excel in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
