Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools such as text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow a customer following
- Provide excellent customer service and confident style and fit recommendations
- Open new rewards program accounts and promote customer loyalty
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning and maintain department presentation
- Work collaboratively with the team and be flexible to assist in other departments as needed
