Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital channels including text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow a customer following
- Provide styling advice and confident product recommendations on fit and style
- Open new customer rewards accounts to grow loyalty program membership
- Fill orders, restock merchandise, remerchandise displays, and perform price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning and maintain a customer ready department
- Work with team members to deliver excellent customer service on customers terms
- Be flexible to work varied weekly schedules based on business needs
- Occasionally perform duties in departments other than the one assigned
