Summary

The Salesperson is passionate about styling and cultivates and grows a customer following both digitally and in-store. This role focuses on achieving sales goals through in-store and digital selling, delivering personalized service, and maintaining department presentation. The position requires flexibility to work varying schedules and occasionally support other departments.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling using selling tools including text and social media.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow the rewards program base.
• Provide confident styling and fit guidance and product knowledge to customers.
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, performing price markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Work collaboratively with the team and be flexible to perform duties in other departments as needed.
