Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital channels including text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide styling and fit advice with honesty and confidence
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer relationships
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and perform remerchandising and price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning to keep department customer ready
• Flexibly work in other departments as needed
• Use selling tools and technology to drive sales
