Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools such as text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product
- Assist with filling orders, stocking, remerchandising and price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning and keep department customer ready
- Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer relationships
- Work flexibly and occasionally support other departments as needed
Requirements
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Self motivated and goal oriented with strong interest in networking and technology for sales
- Ability to work effectively in a team and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Organization and strong follow through
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Physical ability for continuous movement 6-8 hours with frequent bending reaching and lifting
- Ability to regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
