Summary

Customer-focused retail salesperson responsible for achieving sales goals through in-store and digital selling, building lasting customer relationships, and maintaining department readiness. Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product
• Use text and social media to grow customer following and sales
• Open new customer rewards accounts and promote loyalty program
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise and perform price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and keep department customer ready
• Occasionally work duties in other departments as business needs require
• Work a flexible schedule with varying hours by week
