Summary

Provide passionate customer service and styling expertise in kids apparel and shoes while achieving sales goals through in-store and digital selling channels. Maintain product knowledge, support merchandising tasks, and build lasting customer relationships including enrolling customers in the rewards program. Work a flexible schedule that varies by business needs and may include duties in other departments.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools such as text and social media
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and grow customer following
• Deliver exceptional service and provide honest feedback on style and fit
• Assist with merchandising tasks including stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns and light cleaning
• Fill orders and support department customer readiness
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer engagement
• Work collaboratively with the team and be flexible to perform duties in other departments as needed

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal oriented with strong interest in networking and technology for sales
• Ability to work effectively in a team and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Organization, follow through and willingness to work a flexible schedule
• Physical ability to continuously move 6-8 hours per shift including bending, reaching and lifting up to 25 pounds
