Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools such as text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow a customer following
- Provide personalized styling advice and honest feedback on fit and style
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning to keep the department customer ready
- Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer relationships
- Be flexible to occasionally work in departments other than the one hired into
- Use networking and technology to support sales activities
Requirements
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Self motivated and goal oriented with a strong interest in fashion
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced retail environment
- Organization and strong follow through
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Physical ability for continuous movement 6-8 hours including bending, twisting, squatting and reaching
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
