Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling using selling tools, text, and social media
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow Nordstrom Rewards accounts
• Provide honest, confident feedback about style and fit and deliver excellent customer service
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, perform price markdowns, and perform light cleaning to keep the department customer-ready
• Work collaboratively with the team and be flexible to support other departments as needed

Requirements

• Excellent communication and strong people skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to use networking and technology to drive sales
• Ability to excel in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Organization, follow-through, and willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Physical ability to be in continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, including bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and frequent use of hands
• Ability to regularly lift items up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
