Summary

The Retail Sales associate engages customers both in-store and digitally to drive sales and cultivate lasting relationships. The role uses selling tools including text and social media, maintains product knowledge, and supports merchandising and order fulfillment. Schedule flexibility and occasional cross-department work are required to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling using texting and social media
• Build and maintain customer relationships and enroll customers in rewards accounts
• Provide styling and fit advice and deliver excellent customer service
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, performing price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Collaborate with the team and occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Interest in using networking and technology to achieve sales goals and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and excel in a team environment
• Physical ability for continuous movement 6-8 hours per shift, frequent bending/reaching, and regularly lifting up to 10 lbs and occasionally up to 25 lbs
