Summary

Join the store team to deliver personalized styling and sales support for kids' apparel and shoes, driving both in-store and digital sales. You will build lasting customer relationships, use technology and social channels to engage clients, and help keep the department customer-ready. This role requires flexibility in schedule and occasional cross-department work.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, using tools such as texting and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow a personal client following
• Provide styling guidance and confident feedback on fit and product selection
• Support department readiness by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, performing price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Assist customers with Nordstrom Rewards account sign-ups and promote store programs

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to use networking and technology to drive sales
• Ability to work effectively in a team, prioritize multiple tasks, and maintain organization
• Flexible availability based on business needs and willingness to perform duties in other departments when required
• Physical ability to perform continuous movement for 6-8 hours, including bending, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds
