Summary

Join the store team as a sales professional focused on Kids' apparel and shoes, cultivating and growing a customer following both in-store and digitally. Use styling expertise and sales tools like text and social media to set and achieve sales goals while providing exceptional customer service. Maintain department readiness through merchandising, stocking, and order fulfillment, and support teammates across departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve individual sales goals for in-store and digital selling using tools such as text and social media.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers, including opening loyalty program accounts.
• Provide honest, confident styling and fit guidance to customers.
• Maintain department presentation by filling orders, restocking, re-merchandising, and performing price markdowns and light cleaning.
• Collaborate with team members and be flexible to perform duties in other departments when needed.
