Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling.
• Build customer relationships and provide honest feedback on style and fit.
• Maintain product knowledge and open Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, processing markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Work a flexible schedule and occasionally support other departments.
