Responsibilities

• Conduct bra fittings in the fitting room by measuring for size and providing fit and style recommendations.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through personalized service and follow-up via text and social media.
• Achieve individual and department sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
• Support department operations including filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Participate in team collaboration and product trainings to maintain product knowledge and service standards.
