The Lingerie Salesperson provides personalized bra fittings and styling advice to enhance customer comfort and confidence, building relationships through in-store and digital interactions while supporting store sales goals and merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bra fittings by measuring customers and recommending proper fit and styles
• Provide personalized service and honest feedback to build customer loyalty
• Achieve sales goals in-store and through digital tools such as text and social media
• Collaborate with team to maintain a customer ready department
• Perform tasks including filling orders, stocking, remerchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Participate in trainings to maintain product and fashion knowledge
• Use networking and technology to drive sales
