Sales Specialist

Summary

Provide exceptional client service and achieve individual and boutique sales goals in a fast paced luxury retail environment. Maintain selling floor standards, assist with inventory and ensure accurate POS transactions while following asset protection procedures. Collaborate with the sales team and management to support after sales service and overall client experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly and annual individual sales targets and contribute to team goals
• Organize and maintain the selling floor including stocking bags, boxes, ribbon, stationary and visual merchandising
• Process transactions accurately and maintain CRM and sales records
• Support inventory preparation and participate in cycle counts
• Follow asset protection procedures including tagging, key control and bag checks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation
• Provide high levels of client service including greeting, assisting and wrapping purchases

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience
• Experience in a luxury retail environment preferred
• Strong relationship building and communication skills
• Ability to multi task and work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and open availability to meet business needs
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance
