Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools including text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow a personal customer following
• Provide honest confident feedback on style and fit and deliver excellent customer service
• Use networking and technology to drive sales and open new rewards program accounts
• Assist with filling orders, stocking, remerchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Work collaboratively with team to keep department customer ready
• Be flexible to work varied schedules and occasionally perform duties in other departments
