Summary

The Lingerie Retail Sales associate delivers personalized intimate apparel service through expert bra fittings, styling guidance, and relationship building. This role supports sales both in-store and digitally, helping customers find the right fit and products to enhance comfort and confidence. The associate collaborates with the store team to maintain a customer-ready department and meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bra fittings by measuring customers and recommending appropriate fit and styles.
• Provide personalized service and honest fit guidance to build lasting customer relationships.
• Drive sales goals in-store and through digital tools such as text and social media.
• Perform department tasks including filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Work collaboratively with the team and participate in ongoing product and fit training.
