Responsibilities
- Conduct bra fittings by measuring for size and advising on fit and style.
- Deliver personalized service and honest feedback to build customer loyalty.
- Achieve individual and department sales goals including digital sales using text and social media.
- Use point of sale and digital tools to support sales and customer follow up.
- Stock merchandise, remerchandise displays, and execute price markdowns.
- Fill orders and assist with inventory needs to maintain product availability.
- Keep the department clean and customer ready through light cleaning tasks.
- Participate in trainings to maintain product and fashion knowledge.
