Job Description

Summary

Retail Sales team member responsible for driving in-store and digital sales through excellent customer service, styling recommendations, and use of selling tools. Role involves building customer relationships, opening rewards accounts, maintaining product knowledge, and supporting department operations including stocking and merchandising. Schedule varies based on business needs and may require flexibility to work in different departments.

Responsibilities

  • Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using text and social media
  • Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
  • Provide styling advice and product fit recommendations
  • Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer base
  • Fill orders, stock merchandise, and perform remerchandising tasks
  • Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep department customer ready
  • Collaborate with team members to support department needs
  • Work a flexible schedule and occasionally support other departments

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and goal oriented
  • Interest in using networking and technology to drive sales
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
