Responsibilities
- Conduct bra fittings by measuring customers and recommending appropriate sizes and styles
- Provide personalized service and honest fit feedback to build customer loyalty
- Achieve sales targets in-store and via digital tools such as text and social media
- Participate in ongoing product and fashion training
- Collaborate with the team to fill orders, restock merchandise, and re-merchandise displays
- Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to maintain presentation
- Use technology and networking to drive sales
