Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling using text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product
• Assist with filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, and price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning to keep the department customer ready
• Open new customer rewards accounts to grow relationships
• Work collaboratively with the team and be flexible to support other departments as needed
• Use technology and networking to drive sales
